How does Lancome get away with hours and hours of Genifique presentations without ever talking about the formula/ingredients? The only thing ever mentioned it's international patents and how it changes the skin.  It's one of the few brands/products that presents this way.  Has anyone else wondered..........

Most claims of actual results are hyperbole.

 

The information you need is probably on the website, if they were to go over it on the air, everyone's eyes would glaze over.

I think that they are in a category of brands (Estee Lauder, Chanel, etc) that are not really into the nitty gritty as they are the glitz, the high-end reputation, the packaging and promotional material.

I can't think of another skin care brand on that station that does that. I found it interesting. 20 million bottles sold, 1 every ten seconds and not a single mention of "anything" in the formula. No biggie, my observation.
