Hello ladies I am new to Lancer....purchased the TSV Sensitive skin kit and it might have a slight scent of "oats" to my nose...but almost nothing at all. I have very sensitive skin....rosacea and still break out easily. I LOVE the polish and for some reason I can use it w/o issues in both the sensitive and original. (I had gotten a sample box at holiday time that included a small original polish in it).

I am wondering if the ladies mentioning the odor/scent issue have the original kit? nobody mentions that in their posts.

I can't do any fragrance....and why he has that added in the original formula is beyond me. No fragrance in face products IMO. But of course I have rosacea so that complicates it more for me.

I have the original set. Scents in products don’t typically bother me. The smell in my jar of nourish is definitely not a scent. It smells like it’s musty and perhaps is old or bad. It’s hard to explain but I can say with 100% certainty that the “scent” is not normal. The polish and cleanse have light scents but they are pleasant. I’m hoping my jar of Nourish can be replaced.

I just received my products yesterday and used it this morning. The products don't smell great any of them but the method nurish i find had a funky smell did and I am I used it because I think sometimes products don't smell great but work and I don't smell it as much now about 30 minutes later and I used used the radiance on top of it also not a great smell. I am wondering if you had the same issue with the method nurish?

I have had a few jars of the nourish... i don't know what that rancid smell is and it was EVERY jar... but i will not purchase it again. Gross.

No thought is worth thinking.....

I have to agree. I have the small kit and the Nourish smells really bad. I thought I just got a bad batch but my sister said the samething. I do like Lancer's other products but not so much Nourish. I will stick with my Tatcha.

Sadly, every jar of Nourish that I've received has smelled rancid. I emailed Lancer two different times asking why they can't formulate a product that smells pleasant, and that I felt concerned about using something that might have expired. I had such hopes this TSV kit would be fine since they said the fragrance was light and new. It smelled like they'd added perfume on top of the bad odor. Geez!
