Ladies who recommended BENEFIT LEMON AID

So I got Benefit Lemon Aid and I have a question for those who recommended. I put it on an hour ago and it doesn't feel dry. This is a new product for me so maybe it's supposed to feel this way. I have not put on any shadow nor liner. It feels as though liner would not work on Lemon Aid. LADIES, HELP!
