Ladies - need your help and experience

I have a friend who is recently divorced and really on a tight budget. She has a prescription for Celebrex and some other (all non-narcotic) medications, but even with her insurance they are very costly.

She requested her prescription from her doctor so she could order from a mail order pharmacy - she was hoping to use All Day Chemist or some other out of country due to the better prices. Her doctor told her he usually faxes the prescription directly to the mail order pharmacy, but when she told him it was not in the USA he said he would not feel comfortable doing that.

I have ordered Retin A from All Day Chemist with no problems and no prescription, but I didn't know if my experience would apply to things like Celebrex.

My question is this: have any of you ordered actual RX drugs from one of these pharmacies and did you actually need the prescription and did you have any problems? What pharmacy do you recommend?
