T.I.P.S cuticle oil sold on QVC, One drop will usually do one hand. Works like a dream.

I use a blend of jojoba and vitamin E. If you have a lot of hangnails or want to work in some exfoliation, I'd recommend adding a hand cream with AHA/BHAs. That will help prevent hangnails, too.

I've used both Solar Oil & Burt's Bees Lemon Butter Cuticle Cream in the past.   I bought a pot of the Burt's Bees Lemon Butter yesterday at Walmart & have been enjoying how nice it smells on my hands.

My cuticles stay dry & Josie's Infinity Creamy Oil really helps to heal them.

I use squalane oil. Absorbs quickly and doesn't leave your fingers oily. Perfect and relatively cheap.

If you use a little bit it isn't too oily.  I generally use it as part of my nighttime skin care routine so I do use a bit more than during the day.  I try not to let it get on my fingertips so I can type without getting my keyboard greasy.
