LORAC Unzipped Eyeshadow Palette

If anyone owns this eyeshadow palette, could you tell me if it came with a clear plastic cover over the shadows?

I just purchased this palette (colors are beautiful), but I am curious if there is supposed to be a cover that shields the shadows. Mine did not come with a cover.

If there is supposed to be one, I will return mine for an exchange.

If anyone knows how this is supposed to be packaged, I would appreciate the info.
