LG Sugar-Free Blush-n-Brighten vs. Baked Impressions Blush (in the TSV)

Is the only difference that the Baked Impressions in the TSV has only one color?

Laura keeps saying that this is her first matte blush, but isn't the Sugar-free a matte as well?
