LG Highlighter?

Does anyone know if the highlighter that is in the TSV might be available separately? I don't really need any of the other stuff in the kit and I'm trying to watch my budget. I've got the Tropics kit AD coming in August, so I don't need this kit too (can you see I'm trying to talk myself into not needing it??)

Anyway, the highlighter looks great and it's the only thing I really want in the kit.
