Are you still happy with the lenses that you got when you had your cataract surgery? My optometrist is sending me for an evaluation for the surgery, I have small cataracts so we shall see. I'm on my 6th day of not wearing contact lenses and I hate it... Also did you year multi-focal contacts before you had your surgery or Mono-vision, with one eye corrected for reading and one for distance. I have Mono-vision contacts because I could never get the right prescription for the multi-focal's, I just couldn't read with them.

@Tennessee Vol Good morning!! I think I had multi because I could see both close up & distance.  I have a stigmatism as well.  I had toric lenses put in and I am extremely happy with them.  It is awesome not having to wear contacts anymore.  I do have cheaters for reading, but I really don't need them.  I only wear them for extremely tiny print.  I went to my regular eye doctor for a follow up and he couldn't believe how well I could see, the lowest line on the chart.  He says I now have eagle eyes.  I am so happy I did it everything is so bright & clear now.  I think you will be very pleased should you get it done.  I am here should you have more questions.  Good luck.

To be honest, I didn't mention cataracts to my optometrist, she is the one that said I had small cataracts so I was more than happy to go for the evaluation. I really hope that I'm a candidate even though mine are small.

I'm also very happy for you that your vision has improved so much! We take our sight forgranted when we are young...

JUST GOT BACK FROM A SURPRISE OVERNIGHT TRIP TO ATLANTIC CITY!!  WAS SO UNEXPECTED; AND SO MUCH FUN!!!

HAD AN AWESOME DINNER AND PLAYED  A LITTLE SLOTS.  NO BIG WIN FOR EITHER OF US, BUT ENOUGH TO GET THE FRESHLY BREWED COFFEE CANDLE AND PUMPKIN CINNAMON BUN CANDLE  AT BBW!  HAHA!!   THEY HAVE A  BIG OUTLET WITH SOME REALLY GOOD STORES, AND THAT WAS ONE OF THEM.

MY RMS AND SLATKIN SHOULD BE HERE TOMORROW!!  CAN'T WAIT TO GET BOTH!  

DEFINITELY HAVING LEFTOVERS TONIGHT!!!!
