Good Evening,
I don't post often, but enjoy reading almost daily. I wanted to share my experience with two new products from L'Oreal. Over the weekend, I purchased both the Visible Lift Blur Foundation and Concealer. What prompted my to buy, was a sample of the Miracle Blur cream I tried from a magazine, which I aboslutely loved. When I came across the foundation and concealer at Walgreen's, I could not resist. For me, the finish is impeccable... not perfect, but darn near close. The foundation is maybe medium coverage and the concealer is about the same. it did not feel "mask" like; just really nice.
At 51 years old, I have some fine lines around the eyes, beginning to get a few wrinkles, a little melasma on the left cheek and dark circles. From maybe 2 feet away, none of the above is visible. However, in a 5x or compact mirror, under the fluorescent light in my cubicle at work, the lines are still noticable. In the bathroom at work, my make-up never looks good; today it did. Even after working all day, I am still pleased wtih the finish.
This foundation delivered the look of what I had hoped Bobbi Brown's Luminous Moisturizing Treatment Foundation would, but failed to do... for me anyway. This particular L'Oreal foundation rivals any department store foundation I've tried and I've tried most all of them. The last time I was "wowed" by a foundation was when Bobbi Brown came out with her Skin foundation (liquid).
For the record, I live in South Carolina, and it has been very hot and humid here.
Have a nice evening

Welcome too the board, Joelynn!
Love your review. I've been looking at the "blur" products. It seems like more than one company is using it in their ad. This sounds like something I'd like to try.
How do the colors run? I'm light with cool undertones. Does the foundation have a lot of yellow?

Irishrose136,
For reference, I wear sand and sometimes warm sand in Bobbi Brown. Because of my coloring, I can go either way cool or warn. The display at Walgreen's had a tester of color# 203 Nude Beige and that's what I went with. On me it was neither too pink or yellow. I chose the Light concealer. I hope this helps

Thanks for sharing jogarrett63! I recently posted my own satisfactory experience with a Revlon product - but when I was in Walgreen's purchasing it, I did see the Miracle Blur line and was sorely tempted to try it also! Isn't it great that this forum exists and we can all share our "finds" with others?

Loreal visible lift serum absolute is really good as well. will take away all your dark spots! I had a dark spot the size of a nickel on my cheek for probably 10-15 years and it was so dark you could still see it under makeup now it is totally gone!

Thanks makeup addict & JG (May I call you that? Otherwise, I'll misspell your ID.....lol)?)!
I just looked at L'Oreal's website and 202 Classic Ivory might work. It's one step below your shade, JG - which makes sense because I almost could wear BB Sand, almost but not quite.
Thanks for this thread, JG!
