Just wondering if anyone else is disappointed in the reformulation? I know Youtubers are saying it's the same but,I haven't found that. The color was off and it felt chalky and didn't appear as nice as the original.

I am so looking to ditch all my foundations and simplify with some light coverage. Hard to find a tinted moisturizer that works for me

Would love your thoughts/suggestions!

Thanks

About 4 months ago I watched a Q model applying a brush illumination foundation on a Laura Geller presentation for Balance and Brighten.  Decided to try it although I had been using IT CC foundation for years.

I wanted to simplify my makeup routine ( hated the cream on my fingers ! ) and the brush approach worked beautifully.

At 78 I was concerned with "powder settling in the lines," but it didn't happen.  Instead, I got a soft look that looked great until I took it off.

I was watching Taylor Wynn today and I think it was this foundation that she liked.  She was doing a "hits and misses" and trashed at least 3 or 4 foundations but I think liked this one.  It all depends on our skin type and other preferences.  One of the foundations she trashed was Gucci Smiley Surprised  Also Essence.  Have you tried Nars or Shesidieo?  Rose Inc Tint?

Re: L’Oreal True Match

[ Edited ]

A few years ago I got a QR link to a foundation matching for this foundation from L'Oreal, I am quite fair. The result was there was no perfect match for me in this particular foundation.

For all the shades they have in this I feel like I am the only one who wasn't able to match it!

I like Sephora brand tinted moisturizer. It's light coverage, if that's what one is looking for. The color matches well, long lasting and doesn't streak or cake. I use it with a primer, and am pleased with how well it works for me.

If more coverage is needed I would look elsewhere since it's not a foundation.

Thank you for mentioning the Sephora tinted moisturizer. I'm going out later today and I think I'll wear this. It's a nice light coverage. Will pair it with my new Charlotte Tilbury blush. It is a light but buildable cream blush.

I forgot about the Sephora TM. Unfortunately not a lot of shades and they are all on sale so my guess is that they will discontinue it.

Maybe they are doing a refresh of the product or packaging.  I can't imagine them discontinuing it.
