L'OCCITANE TSV LOTION PUMP

Has anyone else received the 3-piece L'Occitane TSV?  Disappointing shipping! Large sizes of Almond Hand Cream, Body Lotion and Shower Oil are some of my Favorites so I ordered this set on Auto Delivery.  The Hand Cream was the only item in a separate box; the other 2 were loosely covered in bubble wrap (not the usual upscale L'Occitane packaging).  My bottle of Lotion has a 'twist & pump' defective top, cheap plastic which broke off and can't be mailed back.  Now I await a call from a Supervisor for a solution.  I'm all for Super-Sizing a popular product, and even more happy about Kits, Special Prices and Auto Delivery, and wondering if anyone else received a defective pump in this kit?  I don't know what QVC will do about this yet......
