I recently shared in a weekly "used up" thread that I had an RMS Eyelight dry up due to a crack in the cap.  Things happen sometimes, right?  Out of curiosity, last Thursday I sent a DM to the RMS team via Facebook Messenger, asking if there are plans for better packaging on the Eyelights, and I shared what  happened to mine.  It wasn't long before I received a reply.  There wasn't an answer about a new package design but a request for my address and an apology for my experience.  They wanted to replace my lost tube.  I supplied my information and FedEx delivered on Saturday.

One more thing to love about RMS Beauty! 👍

@JeanLouiseFinch   When the founder stays part of the company, CS is a number one priority. I've had blushes delivered broken. Same thing, contacted RMS and another shipped out the next day with apologies even though it was Fed X's fault.

@JeanLouiseFinch  - been looking at RMS website.  Which eye polish do you have and do you like it as much as the eye shadow cream in the tube?

Hi @JudyL -  I like them all.  I have Magnetic, Myth, and Lunar, in the eye polishes.  They are somewhat similar to the creaminess the Buriti Bronzer.  They last all day.  Lots of times I'll do the Lunar all over and the one of the brown polishes on the outer corner and crease, and call it a day.  This is my typical everyday, natural look.  When I want to add any of the Eyelights from the tube instead, I'll still do the Lunar all over, but then add the Eyelight on the outer corner and on the lid.  I've even done a polish on the outer corner and an Eyelight on the lid. The polishes can be applied with a finger, if you have a steady finger for placement, or with a brush.  I personally prefer a brush.  The Eyelights, for me, have to go on with a brush, and only a small amount.

I hope this helps.

@JeanLouiseFinch  - It does help, thank you.  I went ahead and ordered Magnetic to see if I like it.  Sounds like I will.  I have to apply the Eyelights in the tube with a brush so will apply Magnetic with one also.

Re: Kudos Again to RMS Beauty

She did say they were working on some new packaging for the eye lights a while back on tik tok. But it will probably a little bit until they sell the old inventory.  The lip lights will eventually have a applicator like the green tube.

She also said this spring they will have new matte and satin eye lights . Can't wait for those. The eye lights are great to use and top a glitter or shimmer over. They do not crease.either.
