Those look much too noticeable to be hairs on a photo like that.

I think it's a reflection of her pendant/necklace.

The jewelry has given Kris highlights in the most unfortunate way possible. It's like shining a flashlight under your chin to show off your peach fuzz and chin hairs. White chin hairs can be felt before they can be easily seen and a flashlight app from your mobile phone will reveal it -- you would be surprised at what you see!

Having said that, there is a fun fashion spread in the October issue of Harper's Bazaar magazine with Kris Jenner and Yolanda Hadid as Alexis and Crystal in a "Dynasty" spoof. You can quickly flip through the issue at the newsstand so you don't have to buy it.
