I saw HSN's presentation today on Korres' Firming Body Spray. I'm interested in Blackberry Vanilla, including lotions, creams, and spray scents.  I adored Philosophy's Original Falling in Love.

Does Korres Blackberry Vanilla come close to the OG FIL?

As soon as they became Cruelty Free, I tried the sprays. They were a no-go. The scent didn't last and wasn't the same since Coty bought the company.

There are a few 3in1's,  lotions, creams, etc., (even those aren't quite the same,)my favs of those fair better than the sprays so I buy those

I bought the Korres spray butter in Blackberry Vanilla, and not used it yet, but I hope it smells nothing like FIL I didnt care for it and it gave me a rash on my neck. I do love the other spray Korres butters I have tried.  I find their cream butters too thick and dont spread well.

Re: Korres vs Philosophy

[ Edited ]

I have been a Philosophy user for years. The latest change they made is one I can't accept. I bought a few of the hydrating shower gels, and while they lather well, there is very little scent in any of them.

I have ordered the Korres blackberry vanilla in the body cream, and the firming spray. I hope it will be similar to falling in love, which has always been my favorite.  The scent though is really barely there, so I need to find something else. I hope I like it.

I received the Korres blackberry vanilla today. It doesn't smell anything close to Philosophy FIL. It smells nice enough,  but I wouldn't describe it as blackberry or vanilla.

@Tissyanne I was wondering about this scent.  It doesn't small blackberry or vanilla?  How would you describe it?  Stephanie said it had currant and amber notes as well.

@sueinsf , this body cream is a lovely soft scent, and also very moisturizing.  I wish I could describe it for you, but I can't.  It leans more blackberry than vanilla.
