Korres Sea Lavender Scent?

Could someone please describe Korres’ Sea Lavender scent? HSN doesn’t list the notes in the description like the other fragrances and neither the host nor Liz explain what the scent actually smells like. Thanks.

I ordered it too, hope I like it, as I can't imagine trying to return something at the post office right now.

@grammarqueen I have the body butter and I do not know how to describe the scent. It is a lovely scent with just a touch of lavender and it does have the ocean vibe to it. I really believe you will like it. It is very moisturizing as are all the Korres products. Hope you enjoy it and let us know what you think.😊

It's a beautiful scent and I am terrible at describing scents but here goes. First of all I am not a straight lavendar fan. It's a beautiful mix of ocean air with a bit of lavendar. I don't care for florals so I would not say this a floral scent. I also don't care for just plain old clean scents either. All I can say is this a good buy and I would give it a try. Hope that I did not confuse you.

I agree that it's hard to describe but I have tried quite a few other scents and this, along with Coconut Guava, are my favorites. It's not too sweet, too strong, or too floral, just the right combination, in my opinion. Those are the only two fragrances that I would order again. The others weren't bad or too strong but, for me, I like Sea Lavender and Coconut Guava.

@pdxlalesley - The post office will do free pick ups should you need to return. They pick up during their normal delivery to your home. To schedule, go to usps.com and enter your information. I've used this free service when I needed to return something.

This is my favorite. Not alot of Lavender which is good imo but kind of beachy ocean smell. Not floral hardly at all. I ordered it on autoship. I thought about the Passionfruit but not sure.

So I ended up getting three 1 Liter shower gels.

Sea Lavender, because I was intrigued by eveyone's description. Also, I Googled sea lavender, and it's a flower with it's own unique fragrance, and isn't related to the lavender species at all (which is related to rosemary and most of the culinary herbs). Ironically another name for sea lavender is marsh-rosemary! It's entirely possible that Korres combined both sea lavender and regular lavender among other scents to create this fragrance.

Grecian Gardenia, because I got a St. Tropez Gardenia body butter and scrub set from Josie Maran, and I thought this would go nicely with it. For some reason, Josie just doesn't make body cleansers.

Yogurt, because along with the Unscented liter I got in another Korres Today's Special, I wanted another neutral fragrance to use as a shampoo to go with a variety of Tweak'd by Nature cleansing hair treatments I have, which I have found make great conditioners, but I'm not too thrilled about as actual cleansers. I will use all 3 fragrances as shampoos as well as shower gels.

Just a quick mention, I have found Korres shower gels to be the greatest thing since sliced bread to do your hand washable laundry. The last time I used it was a few days ago to wash out a couple of Vera Bradley handbags. They came out really nice and fresh smelling with the Jasmine!

I took a chance on a spray body butter in this scent a month or so ago and I LOVE it! It doesn't smell at all lavender to me, just fresh and oceany, if that makes sense. Just perfect for summer and anytime you want to feel like you're sitting on the beach with a soft breeze blowing.

I am not a lavender fan, so if it did smell like that I wouldn't care for it.
