Kohl's Cash

I'm new to shopping at Kohl's and had opened a charge the last time I was there. When checking out they gave me a Kohl's cash coupon for $30 off next purchase. I can't find the coupon now. My question is, can they look up what you've earned when you check out? I'd hate to think I lost out on the $30 off.{#emotions_dlg.sad}
