Well, i ordered from Kiehls during their F&F sale. They called to let me know that Fed Ex had notified them that my order had been damaged in shipment. They wanted to know what they should do. I called back and told them just to fill my order. They said they would have to charge me for the order again. What is that about????? 3 weeks later after many phone calls & e-mails, I finally cancelled the order. I never recieved anything, but they could not resend unless I paid again?????
