KatebSomerville Liquid Quensh component stpped working!

Purchased1/29/12 on A/D. Yesterdat it stopped delivery product! Used a pin and water to clear nozzle...nothing, Plenty of product left. Called the Q will take back next A/D 3/29. Can't ship early. Don 't know if I want a replacement or credit as will this's happen again? Anyone else had this problem? Babe
