with a replacement pump for the prior 13.53oz TS Body Cream. I've had two bottles that were broken right below the keeper on the neck of new, unused bottles. These are the shorter pumps. 

I do not have any other Korres pumps that I could recyle and use. I'm to new  the line and only have what came on my bottles. The only extra pumps I have would be those from WEN, in case any of you have interchanged with those. I'm presently away from home now and unable to see if any of those will work. 

Even if there's just a regular type of screw cap that'll fit, I could take a pump from another bottle to use and securely seal that bottle in the interim. 

I'd purchased extra quantities during the last TS. Many intended as gifts. I'd also like to be prepared in case a recipient experiences a breakage.

Any and all thoughts and suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Much thanks!

@rochelleS   I purchased 2 myself and although I haven't had the same problem with the Korres ones, I do with Beekman products.  As long as the top will screw on, I just cut off the plastic tube that goes inside to make it fit.

Sometimes, you can pull that plastic tube off the center to see if the lid will screw on, and then push the tube back into the lid so you don't have to get product all over the plastic tube in case the lid doesn't fit.

That's disappointing if buying for gifts, and I'm sure "A" has something that would work, but getting the right fit may be a problem. 

It may be easier to go to your local store and get replacement pumps by purchasing some extra shampoos or lotions and then if they fit, use the pumps off of those. 

I rarely throw the pumps away whenever I finish a product for this exact reason.

New to Korres and I already commented in another forum that I had a problem with the pump on my large bottle of body cream...it stopped pumping product when there was a quarter of the bottle left.

I finally gave up playing with it trying to get it to pump. I tried other pumps ...no luck. The length of the tube looked correct but it would not pump.

I took a serrated bread knife and cut off the top off the bottle, using a folded towel on the counter to brace it.

I used a plastic picnic spoon each time I wanted to use the remaining product, til it was used up.I used a piece of Saran Wrap and a rubber band over the cut off top to keep it from drying out until it was gone.

I used a spoon so I wouldn't dip my fingers into the product. I don't think that's sanitary...just washed the spoons!

I also had trouble getting product out of the large tubes of body cream. Same thing..a ton left in the tube, no matter how you squeezed you couldn't get it out. Cut off the tube on the crimped end, used a spoon to get out the remaining, covered with the Saran Wrap and a rubber band....annoying!!!

( That expensive Pronamel toothpaste has the same pretty  gimmicky tubes where there's a ton of toothpaste left in them you can't squeeze out...I cut them open too...a weeks worth left in them!!!)

Then I got the one liter olive oil shower get, it came shrink wrapped,but the cap was a little bit ajar or unscrewed and a little of the fluid leaked into the shrinkwrap. I could smell it thru the box! I readjusted the pump and it appears to be OK now...SInce it was inside the shrinkwrap, I figure it's safe to use....

Lastly...I just ordered the large shower gel in Vanilla CInnamon that was highly advertised as coming with a holiday gift box. I got the shower gel...no gift box.

I left a reveiw on HSN's site under that specific product, and called HSN to let them know...they gave me a 10.00 dollar credit to use on another purchase, which I thought was fair. I kept the product.

I have a second one coming supposedly with that gift box...we'll see if it has one!

I noticed now that some of those large gels no longer show the gift box included. 

O well.  I LOVE the product, but the pumps and tubes need work!!!

The Beekman and Philosopy pumps I have, and there's a bunch of them, dont' work on the Korres bottle. So far, I've not had trouble with thier pumps functioning.

Just -re-reading my note, that's a LOT of problems with a product line I only just started using a few months ago!!!

I wonder if Sally Beauty Supply would have any pumps that would work?

Years ago I would sometimes have trouble with the pumps on the large Philosophy bottles--the 32 oz. bottles. 

I would just end up transferring the product to smaller bottles and then would just use those instead.

I like the larger-sized bottles too but it seems that across different brands, pumps can tend to be an issue, at times.

@rochelleS  These pumps don't always work for me either. Sometimes it's hard to even open them!  

Google "Flip It Caps"- you can find them in many stores, even the big A.  They are screw on caps that allow you to flip bottles and squeeze out product. They have 3 different sizes that fit almost all types of bottles. These are a game changer for me and I use them to get the last drops of product out of a lot of different bottles.  If the pump isn't working this might be a good alternative! I hope this helps!

I hada broken pump on a Korres body wash,emailed their CS and was told they dont have any spare parts to send out.

No problems with the pumps on the Firming Body Butter Sprays.

I have Korres shower in serum and tried other products, never had a problem with the pumps. Maybe it only happens with the large sizes. It sounds like Korres needs to work on this problem. If enough customers let them know, something might be done. 

Otherwise Korres is one of the best skincare and bath products I've ever used.
