I think it made a difference in Antonella's lips after the second use.  I didn't see much of a difference in the vendor (her name slips my mind right now) but the model they used I could see a difference.

If you look on Amazon, there are all kinds of lip suction devices...some are manual and others need batteries. The majority of them don't cost that much.

Antonella was on Shawn's show last night and I do love her...but not her blonde hair.

 

It looked like a fright wig, and she has a beautiful smile. You couldnt see that for the hair.

Tugging on your lips all the time could stretch out the muscles and connective tissue too. A longer upper lip is not on my list of ways to look better.
