Jusy got my LG Real Deal Concealer!

Saw it on her most recent show and really liked to way it covered redness (have a bit around my nose) and sun damage (have some brownish spots on the sides of my face). If any of you use it please tell me, do you use it before or after tinted moisturizer or a light foundation? I ordered it in Light because i am very fair. TIA
