That is strange. Do you have another email or device you could try sending it from? They also have a number you can call during business hours or you could post you question on Facebook.

Kat had a good suggestion too. If you want to post your question here, she could send it, then post their response here.

Finally got a reply this morning, the two products that were recommended were the Peptide serum and the anti-wrinkle cream. Prices are sure reasonable compared to many other lines out there.,

I'm always confused so you're in good company,

I did post my message to them on here but took it off this morning when I got the reply.

I wish they had sample packs with a complete routine that could be purchased. Maybe enough for a week or so. I never know what my skin will tolerate.

Anyway the prices are really reasonable so isn't a problem to order full size.

They have a good return policy as well. I can understand completely, I have jars of creams that my skin is thinking about, lol. I re-try them but put a very small amount on at a time. The lightening cream (love the smell of roses) I found that I can use it on my speckled arms and I get the smell of roses as a bonus. Don't get me wrong the products are wonderful but my skin can get finicky.

Hello Ladies. I hope y'all don't mind me jumping in hear since I haven't posted to this board? Anyhow, the reason I'm replying to this post is because I have questions about ADSM. I went to their website and now I'm confused on what to order? First, here's a little info about me. I'm 46yrs old and my major concern is my eyes and my lips. I'm looking for something to get rid of the darkness under my eyes and on the inside corner of my eye(next to my nose). Also I have some under eye wrinkles, crows feet and I noticed my right eye lid is drooping now. As for my lips, they are shrinking on me and I'm getting the lines around my mouth and on my lips. I looked at the eye products ADSM has and I'm confused as to which product would be good for my eye issues? I could also use an all around face lift product. I hope this isn't too much of a bother to ask y'all all these questions. I'm always on the lookout for affordable beauty products that work. We are on a very tight budget these days. Thanks Ladies. I'm looking forward to getting more involved in these boards.

4mygirls, take a look at the anti-aging anti-wrinkle peptide serum and anti-wrinkle anti-aging face cream. Both have several peptides in them which are good for wrinkles. The eye cream has one peptide in it but I think you would get more bang-for-your-buck if you used the anti-wrinkle anti-aging face cream and/or serum instead.

I have dark circles under my eyes and have never found a product that helps and I've tried them all. I have no suggestions about thinning lips, either, mine are thinning, too!

For firming, look for products that have Pepha Tight in it, it's supposed to have a tightening effect on the skin. The Best Firming Face Lift Cream Serum has this ingredient in it. The Best Anti-aging Firming Cream also addresses firming and has some peptides in it, just not as much as the anti-aging anti-wrinkle cream does.

So, I suppose you need to determine which issues you need to address more...the wrinkles or the firming, lol, and choose your serums/creams accordingly.

Hi 4mygirls, welcome!!! I have the firming serum and use it under my eyes, upper lip, forehead and neck. I also have the peptide serum. The peptide serum gives you brightening and firming plus has vit C. The collagen cream or the lifting cream will help with wrinkles and firming. You can also email the company, tell them what you told us and they will make a recommendation. The main thing for you is to see what products will address your issues using the minimum of products. I will look them over again after I make dinner and see if I can help you further in a few hours.
