I've placed Wen orders through QVC 3 or 4 times. Within hours of each order I get an email about a Wen TSV or EZ-Pay or some other special; always including something that I ordered.

Last night, I ordered a 32 ounce 613. Three hours later, the TSV was emailed and it included 613 (16oz).

Is it my luck or by design?

I haven't noticed that happening to me, but perhaps I am not paying attention. You could always cancel and get the TSV this time, tho.

Hmm, is WEN the only thing you order from QVC, or what you order most? Since, I started getting WEN from QVC I do get offers, but they are directly from WEN, not the Q. You must be lucky.

HB in the future I wouldn't order anything with a show so close. Usually items are offered on easy pay and featured prices close to and during shows.

Wen is the only thing I order from QVC. I get Wen from Q and GR.

Beaches, you hit the nail on the head. The timing of my orders coincided with when Chaz is on QVC (just before).

Kjelle, I didn't cancel because I want the 32 ounce.
