I guess Joyce Giraud is changing formulation of her products. I received this e-mail today:

We are writing you regarding one or more Joyce Giraud Subscription Programs you have with us as the name of the programs will be changing along with an improvement in the formulations.

Supplement Programs:

The new and improved formula will continue to contain the active ingredient Cynatine for increased hair strength, enhanced hair volume and promotion of hair growth and healthy nails and skin. The new formulation will no longer contain the Joyce Giraud Pure4, but instead feature a new blend of plant extracts including fo-ti root, amala fruit and resveratrol. We know you will continue to love this product!

Hair Strength System and/or Scalp Detox Programs:

The new and improved formula will continue to contain the active ingredient Cynatine for increased hair strength, enhanced hair volume and promotion of hair growth and healthy nails and skin. The new formulation will no longer contain the Joyce Giraud Pure4, but instead feature a new Monoi 4 Oil blend of coconut oil, Tahitian gardenia oil, jojoba oil and avocado oil. We know you will continue to love this product!

I posted about this in a JG thread a week or two ago.

She isn’t changing her formula. They are switching to similar products that do not contain her special ingredients. I canceled my subscription for the supplements because I am not interested in what appears to be a brand x supplement. I can’t think of any reason I’d want to try it.

I thought the Pure4 is what made her products so good none of this makes sense to me. Why change formula that's working
I am on auto delivery for her vitamins and didnt receive this email

I think all good things come to an end unfortunately because they start trying to make more items. Then it gets lost. To many items as with everything now. I loved her originals also.

Usually when a company changes their ingredients, most likely it's because of the higher cost of those ingredients plus the difficulties in obtaining the amounts needed to make their products.

I think we might be seeing more of this kind of thing since the pandemic affected so many suppliers all across the globe.
