Today I called Josie Maran's customer service because I have received products on more than one occasion from the Q that have been spoiled, used, and inconsistent with the same product - repeat purchases. They told me that the products made for the Q are made separately and in different batches than what is sold through her website. Same thing for products sold to Sephora. I'm not sure how I feel about that. So are the products being produced in bulk for the Q different? Sounds to me like they may be inferior to the items she sells direct. My question is has anyone purchased direct and also from the Q and found inconsistency with the products?

I have bought Josie's products from just about everywhere her products are sold. All good for me.

Sorry you are having that experience...

That is so unfortunate for you. I love JM products & I am glad that I haven't had any problems with the products that I have ordered from the Q, Sephora or Josie's site.

We don't know the answers to your questions. Maybe you could call the CS # again & direct your concerns to them?

I also have purchased JM items from their website, QVC and Sephora and haven't noticed any difference in the products. I wonder why they make them in different batches for each place...

@nycgrl, my goodness I am sorry that you have had such bad luck with the quality of her products. I have not had any problems with anything from her.

I think Philosphy does the same thing! They make products for only QVC.

I buy lots of Josie's body butter products. They have all been ok , except for a watery type of consistency sometimes when you get more towards the bottom .
