Josie Maran Argan Oil Sold at Sephora

Does anyone know if this is 100% argan oil? Is it safe to use around the eyes? I got a sample of it from Sephora yesterday and used it on my face and my skin felt wonderful...Just wondered how it compares with Dr. Denese Serum...Opinions?
