Josie Maran Argan Gentle Exfoliating Powder VS BareMinerals Exfoliating Treatment Cleanser

Has anyone used both of these ? I have used and still use the BE powder, but have gotten away from it. I recently ordered more to replenish my stock, then I came across this Josie Maran item.

I just wondered if anyone can compare them
