Joan Rivers hair powder

Found this at Ross this morning at the check out counter for $12.99. I bought one. It has the brush with it, probably should have bought the other two. It is "As Seen on TV" and the original price of that was $19.99. Just thought I would pass this info along for anyone on the fence. I have one side of hair that will not take color--go figure. My stylist has tried everything to no avail! This works well!
