I am addicted to this product! I have thinning on the top and sides of my hair and Joan Rivers Great Hair day really fills in the thin spots and makes my hair look thicker. It stays put until you wash it out. I make sure I have extras on hand because I would not be without it.

The light in SCA is a little darker and perfect for my brows and the medium is perfect for my light brown hair. You also get a little more in the container. The only thing it does not have the spoolie thing to brush your brows but I have a ton of those. I also think it lasts longer on my brows and in my hair. Hope that helped. On 4/17/2014 BeautyAddiction said:On 4/14/2014 mousiegirl said:I have JR and have used it for years but recently ordered the SCA and like it even more. Got the light brown for my brows and med/dark for my hair.Adrienne, from the other channel, has a great product, better than JR, but is applied in the same way.
BA would you compare the two of them since you've used both. Thanks.
Yes, it did help. I have had Adrienne's in my Favorites for a while. I am currently using Joan's which I have had for almost two years. I had intended to purchase the SCA when I used up the first of my duo of Joan's but the darn thing is still almost half full. Joan's is darker than I would like so the medium in the SCA sounds like a better option for me. Thanks again.

I have been using the tween stick to cover gray but would much rather use powder. I have tried Joan rivers but I don't think it worked at covering roots.Try the one from Sig Club A for less money or even better the one from Sally's called Claudia Stevens for only $10.
It is a pressed powder just like SCA and JR. You can see it on the Sally's site. It is for scalp and grey.
I use the Tween stick for many years, I like it.

I don't have thinning hair, but for gray coverage I use a tooth brush and light brown eye shadow at my temples and along my my root line....works great and extends my salon touch ups to 6 weeks.

I finally took the plunge and ordered it . I am a very happy camper it works great just like it says and I will not be without it. With very dark brown hair and a white scalp it covers just what I need it to cover .
