JVN Complete Nourishing Hair Oil Shine Drops

I have layered (bottom of the neck length) hair.  Kinda thick but layered.  The bottle doesn't say how many drops to use.  I used 5 today.  Can someone tell me if that's good or do I need more (or less)?  I don't have frizz to tame, I'm just looking for shine without weighing my hair down.

Thanks

I use four.  My hair is past my shoulders but it is fine.

I've definitely been using too much! But I really like this oil, and all of the JVN products I have used.

Do you put it on wet hair or dry?

I saw no shine with it.

Re: JVN Complete Nourishing Hair Oil Shine Drops

@monicakm   I'd start with 2 little drops and rub it between your hands. A trick he showed in a video is to rub it in the hands as if hand lotion so oil is on palms and top of hands, too.He said then when you run your hands through your hair, the inner and upper layers get some product.

***He just came out with a mousse on 12/13!!! Mine is on order and will reveiw at a later date.

@Shanus

What a brilliant idea to apply the oil on both the top and palms of your hands.  Thank you so much for passing on the tip.  I really like this product. The packaging is nice, the product is nice, and the aroma is light and very pretty.

My husband often compliments my hair so I don't know if he noticed it looking nicer or was just doing what he always does. I felt like I noticed a difference in shine and style.  It's a very lux feeling (and smelling) product and I'm thrilled someone here suggested it to me.

@monicakm   Hope you purchased the new mousse...fantastic. I thinkt he Recovery Serum in the jar is a necessity...it's a heat protectant and mends any split ends. I also use the "mask" in the purple tube once a week instead of the coditioner. I would use the scalp treatment, but because it's "yellow", he said it may stain my silver hair (light blondes, too).
