JM customer service--anyone have issues?

I sent a few emails to Josie Maran CS a few times right after I placed an order. No reply. Received my order today, the SPF expires in July. That's too short stability, I won't use it all by then. So, I CALLED their CS and was told to contact their CS by email, they might be able to help. What?! Anyone else have this problem? I'm thinking I'll just return it and say to heck with it. Smiley Sad

@ilikethebubbly I would return. It's well known to discard sunscreen that is past its expiration date. 

 

They should never have shipped it out.

Got all my JM purchases today and the super-sized sun milk was one of them.  The expiration date on mine is 12/24.

Maybe yours was a smaller size that was older.  Mine was new that day.

Still wrong to send out something that has such a quick expiration date.

Hope they address it or like you said you can always return it.

When was it sent and which spf is it? That’s too close to expiration date.

OMG!!! I feel like an idiot now!!!!! I put on my glasses and see that it is a '24, not '23! I feel so cool. Smiley Frustrated O M G. 

I still wish I would get replies to my emails though. Smiley Very Happy

 

And I did email their CS to apologize. I wasn't rude to them ever, just letting them know it was my mistake.

I hope it works for me. I should be getting the TSV in the next day or so too.

I usually order directly from the JM website.  I've had great luck with CS if I needed help placing an order or for any questions I have.
