JM Sun Protection SPF 40

Picked up the small bottle of this at Sephora today, heard great reviews, just curious for those of you that use this product, at what point is it applied? first, last? before serums, after creams? Just worried if product is applied under everything, will the SPF protection be compromised? TIA
