Its taking 12 Days to get my beauty Item Delivered....what is going on??

I paid nearly 7dollars for shipping on one beauty item and I just checked status to find it won't be delivered untill tomorrow. (I ordered it on December 10th) THAT'S 12 DAYS FOR SHIPPING. This product was something only avail. on the Q.

It took till the 13th to get out of processing in Pa. I just don't understand. I ordered something from Sephora and it only took four days to get here.

Can someone explain to me why it takes sooo long to get our orders. I think a pony express rider probably could have made as good time.

I don't know how people can be comfortable ordering anything for Christmas during the last week. I would be afraid it wouldn't make it.

I like the Q but the shipping needs to be fixed right away.
