Is the It Spot remover any better than the Bye Bye undereye. The Spot remover has different ingredients: e.g. hyaluronic acid.

Is this the product you're referring to?

Be clear, it's not a "spot remover".  It acts as a concealer.  When you wash your face, the correction all goes away.  I think the Bye Bye Dark Spot's consistency is much nicer than the Bye Bye Undereye in the black squeeze tube.  It's more of a foundation consistency and doesn't settle like the thick, sticky Bye Bye Undereye. First and foremost, proper undereye skincare is a must before adding any color correction or makeup.

As for concealers, I have tried the IT concealer but did not care for the shade ordered, I have been using this one by Mabelline less expensive and the shade is much closer to my skin tone.

I use both of those IT products. The bye bye dark spots covers small areas of discoloration well. Sometimes I like the concealer in the tube for under eye coverage that needs to last all day. It isn't thick and sticky if you warm it up first- I put a dab on the back of my hand, let it sit a minute, then pat it on with my ring finger
