There are many lines that are not available on Sephora. You can find It Cosmetics at Ulta and also at Beauty.com

Laura Geller is no longer at Sephora either. As others have said, there are a lot of companies who aren't sold at Sephora or only a small part of their line is sold there, not all of it.
