It cosmetics Has Great Customer Service!!

I e-mailed them yesterday and today was a response in my e-mail! I asked them if they ever come out with another eye shadow palette if they could send some examples of what colors look good together. I love the eye shadow palette but am not that creative in making great eye looks. They said they would pass it along and they also suggested some pairings.

Sheer Joy and Soft Light

Soft light and Mocha

Violet and Iconic

Warmth and Java

Love and Java

Also Java,Iconic,Midnight and voila are great liners.

If anyone else has some great pairings please list them

I don't think any other company would of done this, but I may be wrong. I was happy with the response so I thought I would pass along!!

That's good to know, because I might want to order direct from IT. I have bought a number of sets of their lip colors from QVC, but now I may want to order only my favorite shades on their own. I'll check out the IT website! Smile

My Ulta carries It cosmetics. It is nice to be able to go look at the items and not pay shipping! The current palette is very pretty.

My most recent purchase is the undereye concealer cover cream that comes in the little blue jar. (A231718). I think I like it better than the original Bye Bye Under Eye concealer in the wand. For some reason it does better on my under eye circles. Go figure!

Glad to know the company has good customer service. Thanks for sharing. I may have to go look at that palette again!

I have bought from their site and you can save on s/h is the main reason why I shop with them. I got my items in a timely fashion and was very satisfied. They also have great sales from time to time which is when I shop.

I also love buying directly from their website - free shipping over $25 and they always include a coupon for 15% on next order. Right now I think their site is the only place to buy the new CC+ lip color that was in the last tsv which I LOVED, so I've since bought both of the other colors from them.

I agree, they do have the best customer service! My brush from the December TSV was defective, it had a rattling sound inside and so did my moms, well they replaced both of them immediately. I emailed them a couple of days ago with a question about the June TSV and they replied right away. I am pretty new to this brand but I believe it's a great company with great products!

If I recall correctly, after registering your email on the site for the first time, you receive a 20% or 25% discount on your 1st order.
