It concealer shade recommendation

Are they running lighter or darker? Im medium beige in BE foundation and light to medium in Josie Maran matchmaker foundation. I used tarte amazonian clay full coverage foundation and medium is way to dark for me..should I go light or medium with It cosmetics concealer??
