Does anyone know what the difference is between the celebration foundation and the Bye Bye foundation

Supposedly Bye Bye is more creamy, moisturizing, and has flex technology, though how that would work in a powder I have no clue.

most likely nothig.  same thing sold in two different iterations because [eople will buy anything
