It Cosmetics ByeBye Undereye Concealer - Advanced Order??

I ordered this concealer last week when it was a Hot Pick. I don't recall them saying it wouldn't be available to ship until late March, but that's what it says on my Order Status. They talked a lot about a coming price increase - that I remember. Am I the only one who missed that it wouldn't be available for a month?

And, for those of you who've tried it, is it worth the wait?
