I ordered the It Cosmetics eye pallet with the brush. Got the eye shadow and no brush. I call costumer service and they say to send it back. But the one I ordered they don't have. Why can't they just send me the brush? I order so much from QVC that I would think they would help me. I guess they don't like my money any more.

Go to the It Cosmetics website and click onto Contact Us. Explain to them what happen and they will help you. In your email give them your order # from QVC and the information about your order. This happened to me and they sent me the missing brush in a brush kit I had ordered. They are very nice. Hope this helps. Smiley Happy

I would assume QVC says to send it back because they don't have full stock of individual IT Cosmetics brushes available in the QVC warehouse. The brushes were probably supplied to QVC as a kit with the palette when shipped, so it's not like QVC can just replace the brush easily, expecially if the palette and brush set is now sold out. QVC does sell individual brushes, but maybe they don't have the one in the set you received. I think the suggestion to contact IT Cosmetics via their website is a good one. I hope you get your missing brush. That sounds very frustrating!

So glad everything worked out well. If I get something and there's a problem, i always contact directly to the company's customer service for the item I ordered. I think you get better service and then they know of the problem directly. I think it's better than going thru QVC and having to return things. I send a picture of the problem too.
