And no one ever has problems getting the last of a product out of a tube or bottle in 2023? I did not realize that the thread was from 2016 but the problem still exists and somewhere out there might benefit from the replies /solutions 😊

When the IT CC cream first came out, I never had a problem.  Then it changed to the pump not working.  

 

Therefore, I no longer buy anymore.  Such a shame because I like the product.  Too expensive to deal with it.

 

Once I cut the bottom off of the tube and tried scooping it out.  Way too messy, just no longer buy it.
