I am going to try the e.l.f. product.  If you don't like it you can throw it away for $2.  I am two e.l.f. shimmery blushes that are very nice.  I love their lip exfoliator in the lipstick tube.  You moisten your lips and apply the product like you are applying lipstick then work with your fingers on the lips, rinse off.  Apply a moisturizing product to lips.  I think it was $3.

I don't know about the IT pencils because I've never tried them. I use the ELF pencils and I really like them. @KCDiva

I use this lightly then use Wunderbrow on top and it lasts all day and does not come off. If I just use IT it's lasts pretty good but if I use the IT to draw the brow on it helps with the Wunderbrow because it I just use Wunderbrow I have a hard time getting the right shape. Wunderbrow is also waterproof and swim proof.  I find the Elf greasy and I have dry skin, therefore it doesn't last on me.

For me the ELF brow pencils stay on all day. I have normal to dry skin and my brows never get smudged and look good at the end of the day. @KCDiva
