Isomers Questions

Isomers ONE For Eyes - is this the same as one 3000 eye cream? It also states that is has the FLES in it. How is this incorporated with FLES? I have been using FLES and like it, and wanted to incorporate more Isomers eye products. Any recommendations? Also, how would I incorporate this with DrP Cold Plasa for the eye? Does it ever go on sale?
