Isomers FAST LIFT Question .. ?

Do you apply Fast Lift before or after your face serum? IF after, does that mean you put Fast Lift EYE over your face serum .. or do you NOT put your face serum around your eyes? Then apply moisturizer last, correct?

Also, how long do you let dry between applications?
