I ordered the Philosophy supersize holiday edition of Purity on 11/2/24. UPS just delivered it today, 7/22/25. It only took 8 months.

No it just showed up.  I thought I ordered something I forgot about and was kind of mad at myself, haha!

What kind of condition was the package in??  Can't imagine receiving an item 8 months after ordering it??!!!

are you sure it wasnt something that you had ordered on auto delivery?

@Lil Mo  - I wonder if it was just delivered because they got more stock in?  (Given the recent Purity TSV.)  I know there was some issue with the formula change a while back and they withdrew the new formulation.

Very strange.  I would think some kind of explanation is in order!

Oh and at least you got it.  I ordered the fragrance TSV back at the end of the year and they cancelled it and my A/D, without even shipping out the first set.

@Venezia that is awful! GEZ, a notification would have been nice.  They did that to us with prime rib 2 years ago, it has still never been delivered and we never got a notification, we were planning of serving it on New Years Eve so we made a mad dash 2 days before to find a prime rib to make.

@We rescue cats - I've had a few issues (in recent years) with Philosophy A/Ds being cancelled with no email or notice.

Someone suggested perhaps the emails went into my spam folder, but I check my spam folder every single day.  Nope, no emails were sent.  No apologies, no explanations.

I hate to sound cliche, but this never happened "in the old days".

I have to agree, this sounds like Auto Delivery to me. Did you receive the original shipment last Nov ? If not, didnt you question that ?
