Is there anything short of botox that will help?

I've got those damned vertical lines starting to develop between my eyes and over my upper lip. Ugh!!!

Is there any magic potion that will help? I stopped using Dr. Denese's Wrinkle RX Extreme Pro-Peptide gel, which is supposed to help these lines, because I really didn't see any improvement for the money.

My sister in law got botox and looks pretty darned good. Is there anything I can try before I go to this extreme?
