Is there anything on the market like Loving Care, need to quit dyeing my hair.

My hair is getting thinner and thinner, luckily i started out with a lot so far I'm o.k.

But I need to nip it in the bud and am thinking coloring my hair might be the culprit, which I do about about once a month all over.

I have to stop but used Loving Care years ago and it just made my hair 3 shades to dark, and had to do again.

Is there anything any have used that better than LC, one reason I don't like can't usually find a color near mine.
