I started my Wen journey from the Wen infomercial and wen.com. I've noticed a subtle difference in packaging and some of the names. Are the product lines different from what is sold on QVC and in the Chaz dean website? Like the "anti-frizz styling cream"..is that the same thing as the styling cream that comes in the pump? What about the re moist? One is called a mask the other is called a treatment. Same thing? Different? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I have noticed some differences in the ingredients in the products sold from GR. The qvc products are the same as Chazdean.com.

The formulations for GR are different than US QVC.Salon. that is because they have to meet international customs rules for ingredients and have to hit a profit margin for international volume level production. All the international QVCs get the GR version. So most people around the world are not using the formula sold at US Q/Salon. Still they are loving WEN.

That's intersting. Thanks! I haven't really found a difference in the way my hair behaves between the GR (what does that stand for exactly?) and the QVC/salon versions. The GR is much cheape in the wen.com site for some things. It's a great marketing ploy. I love a good marketing genius.

GR stands for Guthy Renker, the seller of Wen through the infomercials and wen.com. Unfortunately the regular posters on this board tend to use abbreviations all the time (even with brand new items) rather than writing out the full names of things, which can cause a lot of confusion for anybody who isn't familiar with what the abbreviations stand for.

Yes. I bought a couple of 16 oz bottles of WWC (GR product) on EBay for around $33 free shipping. The bottles are different from the ones I get from Chaz's site & Q. The bottle is like the POM I bought from Sephora. Anyways I looked at the ingredient list to compare them. There a couple ingredients not in the GR version compared to Q's plus some ingredients are added in a different order. There are also other ingredients that are the same but listed under botanical name or not. I'm curious if I will get the same results with the GR version??? I'm not going to be happy if I don't see the same results. I cannot return it if I open it & try it.
