Is the new tarte Amazonian Clay Full Coverage Powder Foundation OK for drier skins?

I do use a lot of moisturizer and a primer with moisture as well. I'm opting for shade light since they say this runs darker, and I hate looking too pale [as I age I'm getting even paler-ugh]. I did read a slew of Q reviews and not many said much about having dry skin.
